½ cup uncooked glutinous rice

Steps
Cut the omelette sheet into circles.
On a non-stick pan, lightly sear the round omelette cuts and set them aside to cool.
Roast some uncooked rice until golden brown on a pan or skillet. Cook over medium heat. shaking skillet frequently to redistribute rice into an even layer, until rice is lightly golden, about 10 minutes. Into a blender, add the roasted rice, and blend until powdery.
Spread custard across one sheet of omelet, then add a generous amount of berries.
Place the stuffed crepes on a round plate. For decoration, sprinkle some more cherries and roasted rice powder on top.
